Vehicle control system is composed of man-machine interface, information transmission and processing system, navigation and positioning system, etc., which ensures the correct, safe and intelligent operation of AGV car according to the predetermined path.

The man-machine interface is used to set the parameters of AGV.It can realize various operating states and provide manual driving function in offline state. According to the demand, display the current running status information of AGV.

In addition, the man-machine interface also has various auxiliary devices such as battery control lights, sound and light alarm devices and charging indicator lights,which are used to assist in monitoring the operation of the AGV.

 The information transmission and processing system is the brain of the entire AGV.It is the direct control center for the driving and operation of the trolley.

It not only controls the navigation and positioning system, drive steering system, communication system, safety protection device and transplanting system on the AGV to realize the automatic operation of the AGV, but also communicates with the central control system in real time, contacts and accepts its instructions to complete the tasks sent by the central control system.

The navigation and positioning system is equivalent to the eyes of the AGV and is used for positioning during the AGV movement. The navigation and positioning system plays an absolutely crucial role in the AGV unmanned driving. It realizes the positioning of a single AGV and provides basic data for subsequent task allocation and path planning. At present,the common navigation is electromagnetic induction navigation and laser navigation.
